On July the 30th, 1990 a New Zealand cyclist was born his name was Myron Simpson.
Yesterday Myron came to our Duffy Assembly to talk to us about Reading is Achieving and his cycling career. He also bought his cycling equipment as well. He was inspired by his brothers to cycle. At the age of 3 he started riding ,then when he was 3 and a half he took off his training wheels. Many years later, at the age of 8 he started competing in cycling competitions and now he’s a professional cycler who represented our country in the Commonwealth Games. In 2007 he received a silver medal in Mexico.
For the last two weeks my group and I have been working on a presentation about The Rugby World Cup 2015. I have been working with some very intelligent people and they are Me of course Suliasi, Sophie, Anavea and Tyla. This experience has been an adventure off to the future.
